The story so far…

A long time ago in businesses far, far away from each other. Adam & Kai spent huge amounts of time and effort wrangling people and machines in and out of the systems they had organically (not strategically) grown in to. The hours of frustration led to Adam starting his own businesses and Kai going freelance to get away from the black hole of bad situations.

A chance encounter over a non-profit project led to a meeting of minds and a kindred spirit that Adam & Kai now bring to solving big problems. We love helping people get their ducks all in a row and getting teams singing from the same hymn-sheet.

We speak many different languages Developer, Designer, MD, FD and Investor. Miscommunication and misalignment of these stakeholders is often the root cause of many of the issues that plague technology businesses.

We have a huge amount of experience of full-stack development in both bootstrapped and high investment environments. Changing systems and services in new and established teams and generating leads and sales across a multitude of different businesses.

How do we work?

Once we have all the details, if we think we’re a good fit we’ll come and spend a day (or two depending on the size of the problem). We then give you a detailed plan on how to fix your problem. We can be involved in implementing the plan too, depending on the circumstances.
